How To - Setting up Booking Rules


  1. Go to the Booking Rules section.

  2. Click the Add New button to create a new booking rule.

  3. Give the rule a descriptive name, such as "Tasting Menu Deposit".

  4. In the Conditions section, select the criteria you want to apply the rule to. This could be a specific menu, occasion, or cover range.

  5. In the Actions section, choose the requirements you want to enforce. Examples include deposit, pre-order, credit card guarantee, etc.

  6. Configure the details of the action:

    • For a deposit, set the amount and due date.

    • For a pre-order, specify the due date and any additional instructions.

  7. (Optional) Add a description that will be shown to customers. This provides information about the requirement.

  8. Save the new booking rule.
